Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases are non-refundable once a license key has been issued.

If you were charged but did not receive your key, contact support immediately via Discord.
Duplicate charges due to a payment error will be fully refunded.

Open a support ticket in our Discord server with your order ID and we will respond as quickly as possible.
